Eco Club

The purpose of the club is to increase awareness of environmental issues and to work to improve the environment.

The club sponsors Movie Days, Environmental Issues displays, and field trips. Members have attended ecology conferences, guest lectures, and exhibits, have done local area clean-ups, beach sweeps, and are involved in habitat restoration in the forest preserve.

Ecology Club members will be participating at Deep Day and many other activities related to the DEEP program (Dominican Environmental Educational Program) which involves ten privates schools of Santo Domingo.
