History

Founded in 1977, Colegio Bilingüe New Horizons offers a dual-language (English-Spanish) program for all academic levels from Early Childhood to High School. With more than 40 years of excellence, New Horizons has been characterized by innovation in education in the Dominican Republic, implementing new and better models and teaching methods that allow us to offer the most up-to-date learning tools to the students of our school, both in Santo Domingo and Santiago.

The New Horizons philosophy is founded on principles of excellence, flexibility, perseverance, innovation and multiculturalism because today demands models of learning and teaching that are adaptable and functional.

Over time, a wide variety of subjects, clubs, and extracurricular activities have been integrated into our programs offered to students. At the same time , we have continued to grow while adapting and improving our infrastructure to offer a state of the art campus in both Santiago and Santo Domingo.
